In August 2010 GTS Cape Town was certified BEST Employer South Africa 2010/ 11 by the CRF Institute South Africa. The Best Employers ranking is a unique international HR policy and practice benchmarking project conducted by the CRF Institute. It is the conclusion of months of rigorous research, on the organization's HR Function, Communication, Diversity Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Knowledge Management, Talent Management and Engagement, Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition. The findings were also independently audited by Grant Thornton.
