Lufthansa is one of the most successful airlines in the world - with more than 105.000 employees - in 150 nations - handling over 60 mio passengers every year.

The customer service centre in Cape Town, Lufthansa Global Telesales Pty Ltd., is a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa Commercial Holding and was established in 1999. It was the first international customer service centre on South African soil.

Today we provide customer services in 5 different languages 24 hours a day for Lufthansa's 14 global markets incl. Germany, France, USA, South Africa, Israel and others.

Our success can be measured by our extra-ordinary growth - 300% in the past six years alone. With more than 400 qualified and trained staff we are always looking for new faces to join our dynamic team.
