We are recruiting dedicated Customer Service Consultants
who can provide airline product information to all our customers who contact our service centre.
These would include travel related enquiries such as:
General flight reservations
Flight changes
Fare information and Direct Sales
You will answer in-bound telephone calls, and handle special service requests. These functions are performed with the support of a strong team as well as backed by modern IT information systems. This happens on a 24 hour flexible shift rotation, 7 days a week for 365 days a year. |
