Customer Service Consultant
Job Offering - Customer Service Consultant
(Full time/ part time)
We are recruiting dedicated Customer Service Consultants who can provide Lufthansa product information to all our customers who contact our service centre.

These would include travel related enquiries such as:
  • General flight reservations
  • Flight changes
  • Fare information and
  • Direct Sales.

  • You will answer in-bound telephone calls, and handle special service requests. These functions are performed with the support of a strong team as well as backed by modern IT information systems. This happens on a 24 hour flexible shift rotation, 7 days a week for 365 days a year.
    Your Profile
  • Excellent foreign language skills (verbal) in either :
  •     - German
        - Hebrew
        - French
        - Dutch
        - English (Please Note: Training language is in English for all starters)

  • Successful completion of secondary education ("Matric")
  • Keyboard proficiency / computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Exceptional Service and Sales Orientation
  • Ability to work in a team!
