We have listened carefully to our employees and have addressed their needs by introducing our "Life on Board" (LOB) programme. The overall aim is to create a desirable work place that everyone is proud of.
Activities range from an online training portal (GTS Academy) and recognition of outstanding performance, to various events, ensuring the wellbeing of our staff.

Our Soccer Team
GTS Cape Town has its own soccer teams, the Blue Cranes and the Blue Dames, - both of whom compete in Cape Towns Corporate Soccer league.
Our Cricket Team
The GTS "Fox n Hounds" successfully take part in the Action Sports action cricket corporate league
The iThemba School Concept!
GTS is a people focused company. We believe in giving back to the communities we operate in. In 2006 GTS - in cooperation with Lufthansa's non-profit organization Help Alliance - founded the Pre-Primary School Concept iThemba.
